Lilly Albright Rainey has over thirty years of construction experience. She is a licensed residential
homebuilder/remodeler in Alabama and the owner of a homebuilding company for over ten years.
She is a duly ordained minister in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and has served as pastor
of several churches. She currently serves as a presiding elder, supervising twenty-eight churches. She
has been a frequent speaker on tax and construction issues at a number of seminars. She regularly
advises churches on risk management and employment issues to avoid future litigation.

Judith K. Colbert has over twenty years of legal experience. She has served as a legal assistant/trial clerk and was instrumental in preparing an Amicus Curaie Brief for argument before the United States Supreme Court. As a defense law firm paralegal and administrative assistant, she was invaluable in leagal research and managed over five-hundred active files along with a myriad of other duties.
